We process custom phone case orders within 2-3 business days after design approval, with standard shipping via reliable couriers like India Post or private services to addresses across India. Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days domestically; express options (1-3 days) are available for an additional fee. Free shipping applies on orders over ₹999, and we provide tracking details via email once shipped—no shipments to P.O. boxes.
Refund & Exchange
Refunds are issued within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items (e.g., wrong design or poor print quality), provided you contact us with photos within 48 hours. Custom items are non-refundable for change of mind, but exchanges for size/fit issues are free within 10 days. Processing takes 5-7 business days, with refunds to the original payment method.
Warranty
Each phone case comes with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects like peeling or fading. It doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear. Contact us at support@yourstore.com with order details for a free replacement or repair.
